Drone Video Licensing Agreement Provided by Eyez of Chaz
Last Updated: 5/26/2025 By purchasing and downloading any drone video footage from Eyez of Chaz, you (the licensee) agree to the terms outlined below. 1. Standard License This license allows for non-commercial, personal use only. • Permitted for social media (non-sponsored), personal blogs, and educational uses • Not permitted for any form of advertising, promotion, or monetization • No redistribution, resale, or public broadcast rights 2. Extended License (Commercial Use) This license allows for commercial use of Eyez of Chaz drone footage. Permitted Uses: • Advertising (online or broadcast) • Monetized YouTube or social media content • Corporate presentations • Films, documentaries, or music videos • Unlimited projects and perpetual use Restrictions: • You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the footage as stock media • You may not claim copyright or authorship of the footage • You may not use the footage in illegal, pornographic, or defamatory content Attribution: Not required, but appreciated when possible (e.g., “Video by Eyez of Chaz”). 3. Exclusive License Purchasing an Exclusive License grants you full, non-transferable, exclusive commercial rights to the selected video. What You Receive: • The footage will be permanently removed from public sale within 24 hours • A signed digital license certificate from Eyez of Chaz • Unlimited usage rights for commercial, promotional, and editorial projects Permitted Uses: • All uses allowed under the Extended License • Integration into products, branding campaigns, or creative assets • Global and perpetual rights across all platforms Restrictions: • You may not resell or redistribute the original, unaltered footage • You may not sublicense or share the footage with third parties • Copyright remains with Eyez of Chaz, unless explicitly transferred in a separate contract 4. Delivery & Refund Policy • All files are delivered via secure, digital download. • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. • If you experience issues with your file, please contact us within 7 days. 5. Legal & Enforcement Eyez of Chaz reserves the right to take legal action, including DMCA takedown notices and copyright claims, in the event of unauthorized usage or breach of license terms.
